The seal — content-addressed, hash-chained (src/concordance/cas.py): every confirmed verdict is stored by its content hash (cas), minted as a receipt and linked into the hash chain (ledger) - the seal a stick carries and the site re-fetches. A validator of the gate - it records every verdict. Found, never invented; the module keeps the logic, this card is a pointer.
