The derivation router

The derivation router (src/concordance/derivation.py): routes a {domain, spec} to its verifier and reduces a domain's results to one moat status (MISMATCH > ERROR > CONFIRMED); the apex where every verifier's verdict converges. A validator of the gate - it routes to every verifier. Found, never invented; the module keeps the logic, this card is a pointer.
