Devotional: Belief Statement on Sin, Salvation, and Homosexuality

Salvation comes before behavior change; the Holy Spirit begins transformation after salvation, which may take time. The Church should be open to that process but maintain standards for leadership — no one in ongoing, unrepented sin (including homosexuality) should hold office until they’ve moved past it.
