The Pressure Architecture — Energy Management

Ideally maintain full pressure for 3x5 rounds. Burst strategically when necessary. Round 1: establish pressure aggressively. Round 2: recover intelligently while preserving initiative. Round 3: sprint if conditioning allows. Energy management is not rest — it is pressure with lower output. Initiative is never surrendered. Recovery happens during lower-intensity phases of pressure, not during disengagement.
