A parable — Fear failure

A servant was given one talent and feared losing it, so he buried it in the ground. When the master returned, the talent was safe — exactly as it had been given. The master called him wicked, not for losing it, but for never having let it work. Ask yourself: What gift have you buried out of fear that it might be lost? GOD — wait does not mean bury. Faithfulness uses the gift; fear hides it (Mt 25:14-30). (A Narrow Highway original teaching parable — not a parable of Jesus; a made story that carries a true edge.)
