Devotional: God’s Portion
Source: Operator-authored devotional (Deuteronomy 32:8–9, Romans 12:1 NKJV) · matt
Israel was the Lord’s portion — His inheritance from all the nations. The tithe was a shadow of this, pointing forward to the greater reality. Through Jesus, we now have the opportunity to become God’s portion: not ten percent, but our whole selves.
We are grafted into His people, offered as living sacrifices, holy and acceptable. This is the fulfillment of what the tithe represented — God claiming a people set apart for His glory.
